Malik Agbo, 2022 4* OL, Federal Way (Todd Beamer), WA (Offered)

So this 2022 O-Line depth tho

LT Julius Buelow - Roger Rosengarten - Malik Agbo
LG Matteo Mele - Gaard Memmelaar - Geirean Hatchett
C Myles Murao[/b] - Victor Curne - Owen Prentice
RG MJ Ale - Nathaniel Kalepo - David Iuli
RT Troy Fautanu - Kingsley Suamataia - Vega Ioane

Curne will start by then. I doubt Buelow does. Too early to know, but that’s my guess.

Switch Ale with Curne and this looks pretty legit. Ale is a mountain of a human but is he athletic enough and does he have enough bend to be more than highly serviceable depth guy? Only tim will tell.

I wager Curne and Ale both start *next* year.

Ale's ceiling is so undeniable that in a legitimately good developing program he'll see the field this year. His ceiling is ridiculously high.

Federal Way (Wash.) Todd Beamer 2022 offensive lineman Malik Agbo sits on 15 offers and is eager to start checking out some of the schools who have offered.

While Agbo knows the NCAA has yet to open up recruiting visits, he's still hopeful this spring he'll be able to see some of the programs outside the Northwest.

For now, his only two visits have been to Washington and to Oregon.

In fact, he visited Oregon the weekend before the NCAA shut recruiting down, going down for their Junior Day.

He had visited Washington earlier in the year too and went there last year shortly after they offered him.

"I've just been to Washington and Oregon," said Agbo. "So I'm definitely looking forward to going to see some new schools out there."

Both the Huskies and Ducks have been active in recruiting Agbo, two of the more prominent programs on him in the West.

"I was at Oregon right before Covid broke out, went down there for a Junior Day and got to talk with coach (Alex) Mirabel and coach (Mario) Cristobal," said Agbo. "They were great. Speaking to an offensive line coach and head coach who is an offensive line coach, being an offensive lineman, we can read each others' minds. I've seen what they've done with Penei Sewell and Oregon really sets you up for life after football."

He's made a couple stops at Washington since they offered in June 2019.

"Coach (Scott) Huff, man, that guy makes me laugh and he's really fun to talk to," said Agbo. "Every time we talk, we have a good laugh about something. He really talks about staying home and the opportunity to run out in front of the home crowd, and know that's truly your home crowd. I know there is no place like home."

Agbo said Oregon State has also been picking up their recruitment of him and he's grown fond of the Beavers.

"The coaches at Oregon State, they're awesome," said Agbo. "The way they coach and talk to the players, you learn a lot. Coach (Jim) Michalczik is a really great coach."

Still, Agbo said he's intrigued by the idea of playing outside the West.

"LSU has been recruiting me the hardest really and especially since September 1st," said Agbo. "Coach (James) Cregg and coach O (Ed Orgeron), getting on the phone with them, it's like no other. They just make you feel at home."

Alabama and Michigan, who both offered Agbo, have also been talking to him at length and are making a push with Agbo.

Plus a couple more national programs who haven't offered are getting involved.

"I've been talking a lot with Kansas, talking with coach (Les) Miles and coach (Luke) Meadows but also really the whole staff," said Agbo. "And Georgia Tech, they told me they may not get guys from the Northwest that often but they look forward to talking more with me."

The 6-5.5, 312-pounder said the USC offer was another big one for him, they were a childhood favorite, and he's hoping two more schools make an offer.

"Clemson is a big one on the radar for me," said Agbo. "They haven't offered yet and I figured they're like Stanford, another big one I'm hoping for, where they wait a little longer."

Agbo said all of his attention is coming as a tackle, though guard has also been brought up.

"Most schools like me at left tackle or right tackle but LSU actually talked to me about guard," said Agbo.

Academically, Agbo has a 4.0 this year and said when the SAT and ACT open up, he'll take them.

He's been playing some 7v7 in the Covid 7s and training with the Heir Eagles as he preps for his junior season.

A four-star in the industry-generated 247Sports Composite Rankings, Agbo ranks as the No. 21 offensive tackle nationally in the class of 2022 and the No. 5 prospect in the state of Washington.

Not being able to chin this video is what sucks as someone that prefers to lurk and not sign in.

Unfortunately, video of my next run off the highest slide is not available for the public due to pending lawsuit after I cracked the floor of pool on landing. Please send all inquiries to the law firm of Sarkisian & Sarkisian.

"UW has been really cool and the relationship with me and coach Huff is growing. Same with coach (Jimmy) Lake as well. There's nothing like being up at Montlake and having the whole state supporting you."

"I can just fire off and get into guys and be physical, that's pretty fun, but I love to pass-block because in today's offenses, you have to be able to pass-block or you won't move the ball," Agbo said. "I just love to play the game. I've been doing it since I was a little kid and I love to learn and get better. That's a big thing with me. I'm always trying to get better every day."

Im 81% sure this kid is in the bag, but along with the Huskies, Agbo has said LSU, Alabama, USC, Oregon, Michigan are all coming for him.
