We had to change all the rules in 2020 because of Trump[/s] the scamdemic!
I'm not a lawyer but this actually sounds correct. If they are illegal now they were illegal then under the bullshit guide of "Covid safety," so shouldn't we recount the vote without all the illegal ballots? Some lawyer tell me why my position is incorrect. TIA.

But in a 3-2 decision on Friday, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court ruled that the bill violates the state constitution.
''If presented to the people, a constitutional amendment to end Article VII, Section 1 requirement of in-person voting is likely to be adopted,'' Commonwealth Court President Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt wrote.
''But a constitutional amendment must be presented to the people and adopted into our fundamental law before legislation allowing no-excuse mail-in voting can be placed upon our statute books.''

I never feel like judges should be listed by political leanings because they are supposed to interpret the law, not legislate from the bench. ATBS, to answer your question, the 3 yes votes were conservative judges and the two no votes were liberals.
