He would be indicted under a conspiracy to commit charge if he wasn't working for the FBI. Hell, look at the white/hispanic and the Rittenhouse indictments. Or the Duke lacrosse team. Leftards don't care about the crime, they just want the indictment to send their message. Epps would have been indicted and stuck in jail without bail. But he wasn't. And no one at the FBI seems to want to lie about Epps. Just never heard of him and they have no interest in him.

Epps role with fbi has been debunked. We should probably just move on and trust the committee.
 

This has struck a nerve and rather than go turtle, the entire Right must pushback hard against an obvious attempt to gaslight this one particular individual and his activities.
