Macleod: Central Banks Are Now Insolvent

Zerohedge is one of the better ones the capital market and banking stuff. Very technical which means MSM and mellowdawg gets lost easily.
 
If it's true, I believe we are completely fucked, are we not? No credit, no liquidity, banks shut down, massive food shortages... Correct?
