Louisiana librarian fired for not using co-worker's pronouns

It goes against my religious beliefs not to deliberately offend the people I work with.
Employers can just fuck off.

Librarians are well known for throwing their weight around and pissing off the general public (all very quietly).

Trannies on the other hand tend to be extremely level headed and usually just let things go.

Trannies are fucking irritating. Not a point in contention.
So, employers can't enforce any rules in the workplace because some butthurt religionist needs to make a point?

And here we go
Speaking of mental illness
Nobody memory holes faster than a leftard. It's like the dazzler doesn't think we can check the not so way back machine and he voted for this. Of course leftard feminists like Team Dazzler think men make the best women.

The issue is a mentally ill thing got a Christian fired for mot playing along
You support it. I don't
I guess we should be glad the tranny didn't try to kill him which is the usual response

Employers should have the right to enforce rules of employee behavior in the workplace. If you don't like the rules, or if the rules conflict with your beliefs, there are other things you can do for a living.

That applies to the tranny as well
The mentally ill employee should be replaced if they can't get along
You defend it. Live it own it
More great Democrat messaging

Maybe "the tranny" (you assume there was only one offended employee) is a more popular and/or a better employee than your butthurt religionist.
Somehow, I think you would see the issue differently if an atheist employee was terminated for making fun of Christianity anytime co-workers mentioned church or religion in conversation.
Finally, I'm going to venture a guess that anyone who really wants to make a point of offending his co-workers over something so stupid is a miserable colleague for all sorts of additional reasons.
