He says when it came to cleaning up NYC in the 1990s, Giuliani was responsible for a black man being shot 68 times for holding a tuna fish sandwich

This level of absurd ignorance is surprising to me coming from him. Lost respect for him.

And I'm not a big defender of Giuliani or anything. But this is ridiculous.

Agreed. And not sure why Stalin isn't a Giuliani fan. Cleaned up NYC, made billions for the city and saved thousands of lives, mainly young black men. Seems like a pretty good start. His post mayoral career was a waste. Ran for president on the Jeb Bush plan, skipped all confrontation and got housed.
