When I think of Lou Holtz due to all this 0-12 talk I always think of how they went 0-11 his first year(team was garbage) then year two he had them 8-4 being ranked 19th, year three 9-3 ranked 13th. Then was 5-7, 5-7, 6-5 where he was properly DAO.

Keep in mind his resume to that point was much better than Sarkisian's.

I know he was a great coach, but I don't know how he could command respect talking like that.
