He was going to redshirt anyway but also go injured and required season ending surgery. Yeah, he's supposed to be good but who really knows until it's show time. I doubt all those Texas QBs who have proven to be awful were 2 star recruits with no other offers.

Waller-Jonsen and Taylor Alie (he of that long TD run this year) are all we have in queue excepting for Mahalak who is fading for lack of desire it seems. Can't count Lockie. Ugh. Perhaps he will develope into a good one by next season but I doubt it. Hope there is a JC transfer out there.
