Locked on Huskies: UW's crushing loss to Oregon

"crushing" loss?
Did Jedd not immediately go 3 and out to start the game?
You have to be a goldfish to be shocked and crushed at that game.

When UW pulled to within 19-14 and then on the subsequent series it's 3rd and 9 and the Ducks take it to the house, that is called crushing no matter how you look at it.

It's not crushing how I look at it, so I guess it does matter how you look at it.
Seen this show plenty of times already in his tenure. Indiana last year comes to mind even.

I actually was thinking they could pull it off before that last TD. There was actually some momentum, and it felt like Lanning was on the verge of another UW-game-fuckup.
But Fisch.

Yeah I was dooging, but yet again 3rd and long is an impossible situation for a UW defense.
Would've felt better with a 3rd and 2.

one thing I noticed rewatching the game that I thought was weird—the amount of Oregon and UW players yukking it up with each other during breaks in the game.

Mills/boettcher and Willis/tuioti looked like best friends between plays and during replay reviews.

Noticed that, too.
Are we? becoming friends bro?

Transfer players don't hate as much
Ucla did a primer on hating Usc

I get the sportsmanship angle, but you can shake hands after the game. I lost count at how many times UW players helped a duck get off his ass.
Fuck that shit.

definitely a different generational attitude than the Keith Lewis years.

You see it in the nba, too, all these guys get along now.

Crushing in the sense a back who averaged 7.5 YPC for the game got 14 carries? The entire rush offense just based on the game average would have marched up and down the field not needing to convert a 4th down.

Going away from Muhammad was more disappointing than anything else.
Washington needed to score 13-14 by half time for me to think that Jedd was actually going to reverse his shit in the 4th quarter.
3 and out, 0-10. Dude is completely fucked and and at least Washington didn't fucking extend him. Now watch him getting extended right after getting some frosted flakes/mayo poured on his head...
