See the last three years for reference. Why would anyone trust the government, social media/big tech, traditional media, government bureaucrats, a pharmaceutical company, or even many doctors at this point?
The other night I was looking through email exchanges I had with Dori through the years. I found one I didn't remember, where he was saying that he really enjoyed all of my Husky books. I also found one I wrote to him saying that the Seattle media was mostly ignoring my Willingham book and I basically pleaded for him to bring me on his show to talk about it. He never responded to me but I never held that against him or anything. It was his show and his right to run it as he pleased.
One of the last exchanges we had was last summer discussing actions that could be taken to deal with a local political issue. I think he was kicking around the idea of organizing protests, the way he was talking. He was agreeing with my assertion that talking on the radio could only go so far. I said ranting against the evil people in our society like Inslee could be akin to just tossing logs on a fire. it keeps people upset but does it get anything accomplished?
Anyway, I have not listened to the Seahawks pre and post gamer shows since they unfairly fired Dori. These days I listened to his show maybe twice a month. I'll miss his great sense of humor and interviewing ability.

My best memories of Dori were at M’s games in the mid 90’s. During the 7th inning stretch, Dori would do the sports report on the Kingdome Jumbotron atop the M’s dugout. Whenever I was there, there would be a guy videobombing Dori, making ugly faces , crossing their eyes and such. All 5000 people were cracking up.
