It still amazes me that supposedly "educated" individuals who love their elite college degrees have no problem debasing those degrees on a regular basis. The fact that there is no functional difference between IC and Rachel Maddow who has degrees from Stanford and Oxford should be a cause for a little introspection and reflection on what being educated actually means. It means nothing unless you learned some basic logic skills and appreciated the moral value of honesty and integrity. For a leftard, these are actually a moral hindrance. All that matters

When Russia invaded Ukraine all that Obama authorized were some sanctions, and made sure to send blankets and expired rations. Oh, and thoughts and prayers.

The thoughts and prayers didn't work well against T-72 tanks, advanced anti aircraft systems, a non-ending train of conscripts and supplies, GRU officers, and these lovely, battle hardened mercenary death squads from Chechnya and Ingushetia:

The two biggest problems for Russia is a stronger NATO and American military and American fracking. Trump supports both. Leftards and including almost every dem candidate support neither. Increased oil production, limiting the importation of of other natural resources, increased pressure on European countries to invest in their own protection, and moving more military into friendly US countries like Poland, is by far the best bulwark against Russian expansionism that doesn’t lead to open war with Russia. All of which Trump has done.

Militarily... Trump openly ran on a quasi isolationist platform... It was a large part of his appeal... If you thought "handle things like a Republican" as in stereotypical aggressively send troops and escalate every international incident then you are a retard who wasn't paying attention.

Regardless US military action is neutered, in a large part due to the widespread internal antiAmericanism in the US right now and OrangeManBad division. The US doesnt even have the stomach to do what needs to be done in much easier "conflicts" in Iraq or Afghanistan... People lost their shit over a few tough decisions made while destroying the world hated death-cult ISIS/ISIL and you are out here advocating for warmongering with Russia, Lybia, Syria, Iran, North Korea, and probably Turkey over what?

"Nothing will stop" Nord Stream 2, Russia has said, after new US sanctions on a pipeline that is seeing the EU side with Russia against its transatlantic ally.
"Our view remains the same: nothing will stop the finalisation of Nord Stream 2 [NS2]. And we leave to Germany and other EU member states to pass judgement on such US measures," Russia's ambassador to the EU, Vladimir Chizhov, told EUobserver on Monday (29 June).

The Russian-owned firm building the pipe from Russia to Germany, the Nord Stream 2 consortium in Switzerland, was equally bullish.
