I wonder what the combined economic effect of him and Karen Bass could end up being.
Is that before or after the gubmint bailout?
Net economic effect should be zero. Somebody makes generates $1 in NYC and then relocates to Dallas/Miami. Theoretically they would generate the same $1, just somewhere else.
Quite possible there is a macro increase - unshackled from NYC regulations, businesses invest more and grow?

The brazen lies this guy tells are actually a surprise. He was an assemblyman and that’s who can cut red tape. He refused to do so for the smallest of projects during that time, but now as mayor he’s going to fix it? Once he’s in office, it’s government grocery stores and project housing.
