Last Movie Seen

Just watched The Godfather for the first time since high school. I’m mad at myself for waiting so long and definitely did not appreciate the movie 30 years ago.

I feel like I’ve seen most of it through gifs and knew some of the lines before they happened.

And the Nacho dWags wanted to get Don Corleone’s cat in the opening scene.

The HVAC and limestone in the basement is a nice touch.

Bruh, I think I'm entitled to a little opioid humor based on my lived experience.

I was ON the among the strongest of the non fentanyl stuff - in this case hydromorphone Dilaudid - for 3 weeks. And I was given copious amounts as this was back in the day when NOGAF. My love of beer and whiskey (and wanting to shit normal again) got me OFF opioids.

I understand the difference between my experience and the more typical pain pill junkies.

That’s my portable TV for watching games in the backyard. I wanted to get something bigger but that one rests nicely on my more than ample nacho cheese guy.
 
Rewatching all the Daniel Craig James Bond movies in order. Just finished Casino Royale last night. Peak Eva Green too.

Craig, Connery and Moore a distant third. Plus the wife will watch Bond now just because of Craig.

Seeing this got a 13% on rotten tomatoes, wth it wasn't nearly that bad.

Cole Hauser pretty much playing as Cole Hauser. Down to the whole routine of getting up in a guy's face and telling him what he's going to do to him.
