Lanning signs extension at Oregon

Coaching continuity is critical for stacking talent.

Shocking. I was told by a connected Duk poster that everyone was already happy with his compensation package. I love supporting things where people who don't need more money get more money just because you know, they need it, after getting clown fucked in the worst way anyone has ever seen in their last game. The only college coach who should even flirt with $10 million based on what they have actually accomplished is Dabo and he's sucked for have a decade. Jedd is way overpaid too.

You can complain about the market or you can pay it
You can complain about the rules or you can exploit them

I think with the lack of transfer restrictions and how kids are weirdly tied to their coaches, this is now like a tax that coaches get to impose on the schools as an extra measure to keep players that are already tying up NIL money.
Yeah this part of the sport is now extremely lame.
