I’ve seen a past coach at UW chuck players around. Good coaches get dirt dug up on them as well. Gruden good coach, Urban got exposed at OSU.

You make one slip up and all sorts of past shit can sprout up. As a coach mitigate your risk. Be a perfect human 24 hours a day.
 
If they are going to start looking for skeletons thousands of coaches should be on alert.

Coaches should start coaching from the tower or wear bubble suits and have an intermediary where the coach tells some num nuts to relay their message to the players. Or have players wear ear buds and the coaches talk to them in a secluded room.

You all somehow missed this nugget:

Student-athlete exit interviews obtained via a public-records request reveal that of the 17 football players who departed UW following the 2019 season, just four — 24% — said they’d encourage other student-athletes to attend the university. A year before, 10 of 12 departing players (83%) said they’d encourage other athletes to attend UW.

The culture is dead. Such a smart move to keep Jimmy to keep it going.

He’s such a false bravado loser (ie actually insecure). Whatever you think about “boys being boys” or whatever, Jimmy has gone after:

-a backup wide receiver who didn’t even play in the game!
-and a walk-on

Meanwhile, obvious soft losers like Morris & Sirmon & Jon Don get treated with kid gloves.

Jimmy cannot get far enough away from this program fast enough.

I'm all for moving on from him but it's so embarrassing. I thought football was tuff. At least you have the Kraken now
