Yes which we should get used to. All these Cali kids and specifically the LA area kids were about to start getting will all start with having to overtake that childhood bias of dreaming of playing at USC.
 
This is what's going to happen ...

- he will witness a disorganized usc team get beatdown by notre dame.
- he will read the usc boreds and be disturbed that even their fans agree that talent goes to USC to be non-developed. Only those naturally talented may make the nfl.
- coach helton will get another year
- he will visit Washington and have a great tim.
- then he will experience the Poly bowl with all those Washington leans and commits and it will be awesome. Same with ford. Foskey will live it too but he will go to Notre Dame.
- he will look great in purple and gold

The feeling coming out of SC sources is that Helton will be retained with some staff changes. Bad news for UW's chances of getting Latu. Great news for UW in terms of the conference landscape. SC is fucked if true.

Looking at their schedule next year, I see at best 8-4 or 7-5. Recruits have to know he is a sitting duck and will chose elsewhere.
