CCP ties are an asset in today’s quasi-Marxist Democrat party. Even more that the USAID spigot of funding campaigns is at least being monitored. CCP money laundered via ActBlue will be the primary source of donations for many Democrat campaigns in 2026.

Seriously, she's not even remotely out of bounds as far as the democrats are concerned.
Having ties and vetting from the CCP is a prerequisite to the Democratic National stage.
