It wasnt USC all the time, but they never stopped recruiting him. Our lazy ass coaches were in and out of touch for a year now and don’t prioritize recruiting to the level that’s demanded when going after elite guys.

With Oregon and USC taking possibly 4-5 WR's this year, next year's floor should be 3 of Wilson, McMillan, Humhpreys, Bryant and Jackson. No excuses.

Fast strategy AF. He said because of the connections. That has nothing to do with football. Who cares if the team sucks. Socal kid will go to USC no matter what unless they hate them. That is possible but we need to go after those kids with someone that can recruit. Easier said than done. But that is not our job that is Pete's job!

That injury combined with going to USC seems like a kid likely to end up doing nothing. I like Ford and hope I'm wrong but USC just doesn't seem like the right place for him.
