I enjoy this storyline. My guess is that, if he were to leave, they'd hire someone better that UW fans would be envious of. They are 1-3 on HC hires since Chip but I still feel like they're more likely to get it right than wrong and that does nothing to help UW.

But any other fanbase's angst is enjoyable to me however temporary. Nothing good is coming *our way so it's time to doog out and hope for the worst for everyone else

They hired Helfrich, Taggart and let the players hire MC. They could very easily be 0-3. I *get* that they care and want to win which is more than you can say for UW but their competence isn’t any greater than ours.

The only thing they’ve really done right is fire Slingblade the first chance they got. Otherwise they lucked TF out with FSU Hadening Taggart and Cristobal not sucking like virtually every other player hire ever.

The maybe could find a better coach than MC but the chances of the next guy recruiting at MCs level are slim.
