$100 million/year doesn’t spread around far when you have that much corruption to feed. May have to make it an even billion in new confiscation, er, “revenue.”
Zero chance that almost all of that money goes anywhere other than Dem campaigns and bank accounts. H is such a business wizard that he said Washington companies wouldn’t start adjusting to the new income taxes because they don’t start immediately.
