There's something extremely relatable about Crash Davis's character when he realizes his dream is over, he hits his last dinger, then quits and just wants to drink and fuck Annie for awhile, until he figures out his next steps. Been there, done that. I'm sure we all have, tbh.

Strong agree. I totally relate to Crash, especially his rejection of conspiracy theories. I've looked out the 6th floor window of the book depository and Oswald acted alone.
