First time I've seen KBJ actually make some sense. If you can read English and have some understanding of the origin of the US Constitution then Constitutional law isn't that hard. It isn't hard either if you wish to ignore Constitutional language and the history of the document and just make sh*t up, like the first amendment doesn't apply to movies critical of PIPS.
