This nails it. The Duck goes on social, on UW's dime, and tells the world how shit UW fans are. She talks up other programs more than UW. Her personal profile is filled with her shit-talking UW while fellating our rival. Nevermind that she comes off as candyass and mediocre as (...actually Adam Jude comes to mind). I honestly don't understand what Jen is doing here but it's hard to root for a program, even my own alma mater, who allows this level of self-sabotage.
 
Seriously what does this person do for UW? It's probably dumb to keep repeating it, but this is the most perplexing situation with an employee I've ever seen. She's not just failing along with the entire NIL program at UW, but she actually, actively, intentionally does damage to the athletic dept with her online activity.

She doesn’t understand that what we was said to Washington’s basketball players was well deserved. Haven’t you ever been in a new job where you’re still learning? Let her get her reads down. Once she does, the women’s basketball team will have amazing NIL opportunities.

I never bash *our kids for going out there and giving it the scout's effort most nights. They work hard for *us and basically live a life of anonymity, toil and sacrifice and for what thanks?
