In blue states, telling the truth gets you fired even if you are the FDLA Chief and you are in the middle of the worst fire the state has seen.

Just looking at this rationally—not really a Tug strength—there isn’t an urban fire department that is prepared to fight wildfires. This is a regional failure. A 2% budget cut didn’t really have anything to do with it.
