I think it was a decision coming from her. According to Miranda Devine of the NY Post, Kamala has severe social anxiety to the extent that she will use her staff to rehearse dinner parties ahead of the actual dinner party. I consider Miranda Devine very credible and not prone to hyperbole or lies.
Who gets to babysit the hysterical woman when she’s negotiating with adversaries at a summit?
