A bunch of Utah fans on this podcast were shitting on me for this, but if all you have is culture, then you're 2018 UW or 2022 Utah. Not amazing.
It's hard to get a good culture (ask Pete) but it's not enough. Staff still has to deliver the results and we need to absolutely plunger teams like DillingDevils and then Beat SC on the road.

Beach volleyball teams, surfers, sand castle builders, dune buggy owners, beach lifeguards, sharks, turtles, jellyfish, beach combers, sand dollar collectors, metal detector guys, clam diggers, people that build camp fires at beaches and roast marshmallows/mushrooms, etc, etc, etc. I'm kinda surprised that you need this spelled out.
Oh and and almost forgot: people needing long walks to gain perspective.
