How many feral children out there raising hell need mama thrown in prison?

Yeah, I am a bit concerned about where this is going. The kid is in prison so I kind of get the prosecution if there are no other kids at home. The father is up next and by now he knows it ain't going to be pretty.
If a parent seems to have been good and tried to get a kid help, notified the school of any problems, DIDN'T BUY THE MENTALLY DISTURBED PSYCHO A GUN like this idiot mother did, tried to put them in special care, etc. then I think prosecution is not so warranted.
If you are a bad parent, an enabler, you are asking for trouble and it is about time to scare some irresponsible parents.
