I believe the top trim level is 300 miles. Can't remember if it has a larger battery than the lower trim levels.
But yes, costs are beyond retarded and the Chevy ev truck that's coming crushes it on range.

Ev's are fun and work well if you have a level 2 charging port at home. I rented a chevy bolt for a year to try it out and had a blast, but since i was renting i wasn't puting that port in and i hated waiting at the charging station. I did get free charging though.
