Tom Loy is one of the biggest homer recruiting guys, so a CB to UW after his ND visit feels pretty good. As far as Twitter, his mom follows 7 UW coaches, 1 ND coach. Buelow follows 8 UW coaches, 4 ND coaches. Buelow's only non retwat recently is this at Kalepohttps://twitter.com/XxAsi_808xX/status/1002802777486024704
I think Kalepo and the Poly thing is going to be big for him, where we definitely have the advantage over ND. Utah's probably more of a contender because of that.

The latest is that he's currently favoring Washington, and the Washington staff is extremely confident that they'll land him. Utah is still pushing hard. His mom has a ton of family ties to SLC, which is the major connection there. He's also got good relationships with Harding and Powell. But that may not be enough. It's not over, but Washington looks like the team to beat at this point. We think he's going to commit to a program within the next few weeks one way or another."
