I was thinking about getting this for a present. I glanced through it and it has some interesting notes and worthwhile information, but the problem is that it is tilted so heavily to the last few years that it will be obsolete fast as some of the players mentioned fade into the twilight.
A better treatment would be much more balanced. So, I give it a thumbs down.

I don't have a problem in particular with his writing. He's OK. The bigger problem is he's really a Dukc and has only been on the Huskie scene for a relatively short period which accounts for the book being heavily skewed to the recent.

What would be far more interesting: a wikipedia of Huskie history run by you assholes! The wiki could even be simply connected to hardcorehusky.com, say hardcorehusky.com/wiki etc

If you really took the collective history of Huskie football present amongst the members it would make for more interesting reading. The stuff you get from a guy like Jude is his perspective although I grant he did research. Still, it's not like he was there man...

I’m the biggest dooWg here and got 3 chapters in before quitting. Book just has that gross 4-7 win duck smell about it.
