I bust out the thumbs down on comments that I deem to be retarded, not necessarily negative ones. It just so happens that many of the melodramatic comments fall into that category.
If someone said Will Harris needs more time and has shown signs of being a good recruiter, I would downvote it. In fact, I would FO it.
