I can see now why chris peterson would be burned out of the job from "fans" such as yourselves. I am more convinced that JL might be the right person for this job as he seems better able to brush off irrationality better than most. Some of the comments on this forum are highly "suspect" whether the intentions are to drive recruits elsewhere. Positivity is definitely lacking
 
Chris Peterman was great for the program but he was too principled to survive the long haul in today's NCAA recruiting economy.

Hard to be positive when it’s clear your admin and program are committed to mediocrity and prioritize social justice, sustainability, and “respecting” rivals over anything resembling a winning program.

I agree with both sides on Pete. He did help the program and could've been great at UW.

Fuck him for not doing it though. Maybe principle played a role, but it really just came down to him not wanting to be a championship coach. It's too all-consuming a job and he wasn't willing, even for $5mil per year or whatever the fuck he was getting.

They were all recruits that didn’t have the option of picking any school in the nation yet still went to the league despite playing for Udub.
