I just spent the week visiting my buddy in Eugene. As bad as Seattle has gotten with all the homeless shit Eugene is so much worse. Petty theft, graffiti and trash everywhere. He lives in a nice part of town but there's several homeless encampments within a few miles because the churches create tiny house communities in their parking lots. If you leave your car unlocked it will get ransacked.
