Josh Conerly, 2022 5* OL, Seattle (Rainier Beach), WA (Offered)

His final official visit is Oregon. His final visit is UW.

This will be DeBoner's Budda Baker moment

Or his JTT moment. Either way, it will be interesting.

Love Budda and really glad to see he seems okay after last night's injury. I know Petersen and company helped Budda flip to stay home but I believe insiders have always suggested his girlfriend was actually the primary factor in him deciding to stay home more than being the Petersen defining signing - am I wrong? Either way, the program positioned it the right way.

Looks like a completely unbiased source. Yes we're familiar with the "Budda Baker came from a family of criminals so his family forced him to stay close to the Seattle jails" narrative that is frequently brought up on the duck boreds.

Lindsay Schnell, noted Oregon State homer/alum that hates the Ducks, while writing a national kiss-ass article about how good Budda is - years after his recruitment, made up a direct quote?

Is still think Big Josh will commit to UW (if he isn't a silent commit now).

The b-ball team could also use his physicality for a season or two.

cool no one cares

From the Huffman article on in-home visits:

Coach Thomas Ford, who I've known for a long time, came by with coach (Jason) Eck from Idaho," said Conerly. "I liked how they still tried."

Andrew Nemec says he doesn’t think Conerly has Oregon in his top 4. He poo poo’d the Rival article because they don’t have a west coast evaluator. Which would explain why they are often wrong with the west coast predictions.
