He was a freshman and played the most of any freshman.
He certainly would've improved over the course of his career, but I guess he's leaving since he expected to get one of the two CB positions and that's going to Davis

He went to Indiana, then was going to go to Arizona before Fisch and co. went to UW so he went to UW and now is leaving UW for somewhere else. That would essentially be 4 schools in three years.
Not sure what kind of bag he is expecting…
