Kid probably just got caught up in spring game hype because of the atmosphere and that it was on national tv and all but the spring games don’t have an impact so don’t worry about it.

Pete gives a fuck but Pete refuses to evaluate things differently and will not tolerate having to act urgently where required. It’s frustrating to say the least how he won’t recruit the way recruiting requires it. Now I suspect he’ll spend a thousand hours to find a hidden gem that nobody’s heard of.

Every year we slow the fuck down with our recruiting efforts and “focus” on spring ball. Not only that, but we don’t even use spring ball as a catalyst for large recruiting events during the offseason either. Then we check back in with our recruits in late May and early June and a bunch of them have moved on.
