And it is worth noting the only 2 PAC teams are the two flashiest right about now. Oregon was flashy as fuck til Mariota left and USC is the only PAC program that can pull in top 5 classes with frequency. This kid is from fucking California and has Tennessee and Ole Miss in his top 10 over UCLA and UW. That's a fucking PAC problem.
