Well it is a bunch of guysApparently, no one knows the meaning of the word "committed."
There was the DL that liked us because of the public transportation and delicious fruits at pikes place. But he signed with Oklahoma state in spite of that.Kids version of coach-speak: "I'm home, felt like a big family, amazing facilities."He likes to call the place he commits to "home." TWHLTD.
I can't remember a unique reason why a recruit chose UW in years, maybe going back to the 90's.
Fisch prioritizing the OL is what gives me some semblance of hope for the future. All of the Home and Committed stuff is bullshit across the board, for the most part even when a guy has been with a program now. I'm onboard with taking a ton of OL though as it's a position where a lot of guys tend to flame out physically, good ones are hard to find in the portal, and they seem to overachieve their TBS rankings frequently - see the parade of local guys we didn't want in recent years who have done really well.
We're getting Big very fast on the OL, it is encouraging. 4 huge Poly's (Taulalea, Langi, Tafa, Yang) along with Sloth from SF, Jack Sparrow Flores and the kraut kid Shaffer from Dakota is a great trend.Fisch prioritizing the OL is what gives me some semblance of hope for the future. All of the Home and Committed stuff is bullshit across the board, for the most part even when a guy has been with a program now. He had a good line in Arizona at year 3. He needs to have a good line at UW in year 2.
Sounds like Tejas is flipping a 5* OT that's currently an Oklahoma verbal.we’ll see
we aren’t outbidding Texas. So they either gave up on him or the kid is hurt.
speaking of unique reason… 4:30 mark is a good place to start but 6:00 is the gold. The entire thing is great TBH.Kids version of coach-speak: "I'm home, felt like a big family, amazing facilities."He likes to call the place he commits to "home." TWHLTD.
