At first glance it seemed like a poor hire. As I read more about him, it began to seem really shitty.
That was exactly how it was for me. My self-dialogue was, "well hang on, find out more. There has to be a good reason for this."

Act II - Look up his background - feeling worse
Act III - Almost everyone on HCH hates the hire - shaking and about to vomit
Act IV - @Dennis_DeYoung is livid - feeling much better, quite optimistic really
