Tryon is a talented guy who doesn’t have great football instincts. He was a first round pick so I don’t see the argument that it was a bad decision. It is what it is.

ZTF's 2020 is one of the most mysterious things I've ever seen in Husky football. He was just a guy before, had three of the best games I've ever seen from a Husky player and then of course had a crazy injury. Shoutout to what he was able to do in the coming years though and seeming like a great teammate. I still think UW sets up well in 2020, especially if they can get more out of young guys Jimmy squandered like Luka. I know Oregon had some great players that sat out 2020 to consider.
Not to be actually guy but I think we knocked the Coug out of the Pac-12 Championship in 2018 and possibly 2016? The conference was ass 2019-2021 with most of the conference outside of Utah and Oregon in 2019 down and scheduling and tiebreaker bullshit gave Utah the championship in 2022 when Washington and Oregon were better teams. Petersen and co blew a chance to get some more hardware.

ZTF’s 2020 was insane, but he didn’t completely come outta nowhere. Though he redshirted in 2018, they played him in that Ohio State Rose Bowel. He was behind some serious studs in 2019. The timing just never really worked out for him. Sucks. Awesome dude.
