Chris Petersen expected to be named Washington head coach today. Will be one of highest paid in PAC-12.

I've been disappointed too many times. Until I see the "awesome presser," I think woodrow just took a half hour flight to impress his "female companion" and join the mile high club. Is there a Joey's in boise?

Peterson is top three in the PAC the day he is hired. Objectively you have to put him above Mora at this point. Obviously better than Sark and Slingblade. Toss up with Graham. Shaw would get the nod. Who else?

Be nice to have a real program coach who can develop talent.

Hard to believe with the way everything went down, once the dust settled we landed the best coach out of anybody.

Great news if true. ESPN has been at the center of a few head fakes in the past. Hi Herbie. Anyway, this makes a lot sense, given the current state of the program and the money that's being thrown around. If true, Peterson will walk into an excellent situation with far more talent and resources at his disposal than he's ever had.

Big time win-win, with a huge twist of irony. Woodward hired Sarkisian on the basis of an interview. Haden just did the same stupid thing, passing over Peterson whose resume and list of accomplishments completely blows Sarkisian's out of the water. If true, Woodward appears to have learned from his mistake, while Haden appears to have missed the opportunity to learn from the mistakes of others.

If Peterson can keep Wilcox and Tosh on staff... Oh boy.

I believe he took his first BSU team to a BCS game and won it. This team has the potential to make a similar type of run.
 
Outstanding news! Other than Mora, the next best fit for our program among foreseeably available coaches.

Boise State's silence on this speaks volumes. It will be interesting to see if Wilcox goes back to be a head coach at Boise. If not, it will be interesting.

I should probably change my sig, but either way it works i guess.
