I’m just saying guys….i bought what the government told me, but this Joe Rogan guy…he really has me thinking about this whole thing. He has such a clear way to provoke some thought.

The defense should only need to raise a reasonable doubt. It shouldn't be required to prove any conspiracy or prove someone else is the killer. Of course, we have public officials declaring the defendant guilty long before trial which raises all sorts of arguments when it comes to seating a jury.
Lots of former TugCon heroes and heroines are out there raising doubts that he is the shooter. A lot of gun owners are saying the weapon and round used should have blown a massive hole in the victim.

I'll let the gun experts fight about it. I still haven't seen any public reporting that the bullet inside Charlie matches the Defendant's gun and we've seen the video—very little blood. At least some people who know guns say the scene should have been gory.
