Need the supremes to rule not some lower court. If they don't do it then the supremes. Natural born citizen is two citizen parents born here, That is what the founders said. A shitty lower court has said otherwise. It's quite a danger to our nations security.

Correct. And if that child eventually wins the electoral college, it will be a function of the version of democracy that exists in this country. If that’s who the people fairly elect, those are the rules as they are today in terms of eligibility for the presidency.
Let the Democrats continue to be the party of banning eligible candidates from ballots as they “defend Democracy.”

The real problem isn't that the foreign kid born in the US can run for President, it's that they are automatically American citizens. Before easy world wide travel, this wasn't a big deal. With open borders and the popularity of pregnancy tours to the US to get an anchor baby automatic US citizenship, that rule needs to be changed.
