I've said from day one that if Biden is removed it will be as soon as possible into the third year of his term. This allows his replacement to serve out the last two years of Biden's term and then run twice more. 10 years if they win.
If Biden goes out before that his replacement can only run once after serving out Biden's term. 6 ish years if they win.

Get his and Hunter's banking records and find if he has any offshore accounts and where his 10% of the top went. The problem is that he is bought and paid for by the chicoms and most likely they and the Russians have some real leverage over Cho Bai Den unlike Trump. We need to stand up to the chicoms like yesterday and not in 2025 maybe. How many billions of dollars have we paid the chicoms for PPE for a virus they created and let loose. Plus scare the sh*t out of the dems on the border for failure to enforce the laws that he swore to protect.

Imagine this scenario: Harris resigns this year under pressure from the DNC because of reasons. Hilary is named VP. Biden gets removed on January 1/21/23.
Hillary is president for up to 10 years.
Wouldn't his replacement have to be Harris? Is there a legitimate scenario whereby she is not the next in line? To me, this was the most confounding choice for his VP if the plan was always what you just laid out. She doesn't make sense and never has.

Yes, the president can and has done that. Like any appointee, it has to be approved by the Congress . See Nixion naming Ford VP when Agnew resigned. Ford was never elected president or Vice President.

Yeah, she is VP until she resigns, dies, impeached or becomes President due to a presidential vacancy. So, if Harris becomes president because the dementia patient resigns or replaced under the 25th amendment the VP spot is vacant and there is no VP to break a Senate tie breaker on any 50-50 split. Same thing if Kameltoe resigns. No VP to exercise the VP tie breaker vote as set out in the Constitution.
