Paralysis from polio doesn’t affect the brain. FDR was in his late 50s at the peak of his Presodency.
Stupid comparison as Biden never had a crippling illness, he’s just a mentally and physically decrepit old man far past any prime he ever experienced.
His challenge to play golf against Trump as they both carry their own bags was pure old man magic. Next he’ll scale K2!
