Jimmy Kimmel and the FCC

Kimmel should be able to say whatever he wants and be shown to be the complete useful idiot that he is.
 
The issue is ABC has a FCC over the air license which subjects them to FCC broadcast standards. I'm sure intentionally misleading the viewing public probably violates something along the line of failing to operate in the public interest. Radio and TV licenses have been yanked before. But leftards lie and love to be lied to and US broadcasters have been doing it for years. The left wanted the FCC to get Rush off the air.

Will he though? The numbers are truly frightening how effective the Dem misinformation campaign is on this.
Look at our resident aparatchiks and their efforts. It's an all hands efforts on their part and the informational silo on the left is intentionally thick.

The left was trying to get Rush off the radio for years. As a matter of fact they were trying to get all Conservative radio off the air. I was lobbying in DC, heard about the press conference and went to watch when some old elected democrat idiot on the front steps of the Capitol declared that there needed to be a cleaning of the house of Conservative talk radio and that NPR and PBS were middle of the road news and entertainment. You could actually hear some people laughing when he said it.
Kimmel is a low life piece of shit. His program is only watched by liberals and is a news source for liberals even though he is supposedly late-night entertainment. If he is going to be dishonest in spreading news, there needs to be repercussions.

Funny story coming full circle, I believe the Woodshed on EDuck started because of some political conversation on the main board. IIRC, a poster was complaining that Radio Announcer Jerry Allen would sign off by saying "God Bless".

Liberals being ever so offended to messages of faith were trying to get the school to make him stop. At the same time, Rush was on the air with the Flagship station KUGN. Of course, liberals were demanding the school cut ties with the station.

The Rams would still be in St. Louis had Limbaugh’s group been allowed to purchase them. Rush was deemed unworthy of even partial ownership of an NFL team.
Instead, they sold to the oligarch billionaire Kroenke family who immediately planned the move to LA into a taxpayer-funded stadium. Leftists everywhere applauded because they “got” Limbaugh.

The Democrat base can’t think past tonight to consider the potential outcomes of whatever they are told by their media to be outraged about today. It’s a party of constant chaos with no vision at present.

that's how I feel about all of it. They can have their shows, their airtime and say what they want. let the people decide, not the government.

Well I feel that leftard trannie lovers shouldn't be killing people they disagree with. I also feel that national TV hosts shouldn't lie their asses off on TV. Just like Tug leftards shouldn't lie their asses off on the Tug. The government is involved because of the dems and FDR's 1934 formation of the FCC. What other things do you think the government shouldn't be involved in. You seem quite selective.
