Fuck your dumb. Texas offered Petersen the job last year. SC offered Petersen after Sark. Florida, Florida State, A&M, and Tennessee would all take Petersen over Taggart in a heart beat. They are losing massive program momentum and the best recruiting class (according to rankings) that they've ever had after being a major dumpster fire Helfrich's last season. They changed the culture and had hope and excitement for the future. All of that is dismantled when he leaves. That's pretty fucking significant especially since they can't replace him with somebody better at this point. You should be jumping for joy. Taggart ain't a threat to UW but his recruiting alone would have him whooping WSU's ass every year. Without him WSU is 3rd in the North instead of 4th.

Fisher is gone. Hasn't recruited for a month. Sat by and watched three 4-star recruits decommit from FSU just this week. A&M isn't actively pursuing anybody else. Both sides are behaving in a way that makes it obvious he's gone.

All reports are that Taggart is FSU's top target. Some say the offer has already been made and Taggart has agreed but contract won't be signed until Jimbo is officially gone.

By Monday Taggart will be the new head coach at FSU.
