They need Harbaugh, not old ass Belichik.

Yes. Jerry needs to have an unfortunate accident.
Supposedly Belichik has a great relationship with Jerry, but Belichik is also a control freak. Somehow that hire would work fine, but Harbaugh wouldn't.
