Why do we want Jen to make this hire again?

On paper the Lake hire was a gamble, but you had Petersen is his corner. Lake at one point was the ace recruiter with swag and sizzle.

It was a swing and a miss. A lot of doogs were willing to LIPO but it wasn't the right move and that is crystal clear now.

You have to be quick to fire mediocre and bad coaches. Keep hiring and firing.

It shouldn't be that hard to poach a coach like Stoops from Kentucky, Fickell, fuck even Brohm from Purdue has proven he can beat top teams with scraps.
