He fell to a three-star on Rivals last week. There's a decent chance he falls to a three-star on 247 and composite when they readjust there? rankings tomorrow. This is happening because he's sizing up and it's costing him mobility. This is also why Alabama is looking to get him off the commit list.

At the same time, he's a true zero-tech nose tackle type in a world where those are becoming increasingly more rare to find. And while Crystalball has signed a lot of defensive tackles the last two years, their? a lot of three- four-and five-tech guys.

It's a good signing if it happens. But also don't be surprised when he's a three-star.

The reason he's dropping is because his film is ass. He's an OL through and through. If he were 6'3 300 instead of 6'6 340 he'd already be a low 3 star. We don't even run the same 0 tech 2 gap we used to.

Avalos runs a multiple front, which means he needs a 0-tech in his golf bag of D-Linemen for obvious run situations.

Grab Jones this year and realize he's not seeing the field as long as Scott and Aumavae (and possibly Poti and WIlliams) stay healthy. Grab another one next year and either he wins and replaces Scott down the road or loses and hits the transfer portal in 2022.

I'm a little confused. It brought Oregon back down to 2 5-stars yet when you click on Oregon they still have 3 listed. Something is weird...
